Legal course in contract law focusing on construction law
When conducting business, it is extremely important to write clear contracts, identify risks in contracts and have an understanding of the legal framework that affects the contract. This course will provide you with basic knowledge and decrease business risks.
About the course
For this course, the following topics will be discussed: know-how regarding how to write clear contracts; different principles for the interpretation of contracts; know-how to avoid implied contracts that may occur during the projects due to actions/passivity; the meaning of some recurring clauses etc. In addition, the course includes practical exercises where the participants are trained in identifying risky contractual terms and writing clear contracts.
The course can be seen as a further expansion of knowledge in construction law, after completing our elementary course.
